Paegonia Afghan in English

When I saw this pattern on Ravelry I fell in love with it but much to my disappointment the pattern appeared to be in Dutch with no English transaction available!

This of course made me determined to translate the pattern myself. However, I do not speak Dutch so I was at the mercy of Microsoft translators.  It did a fair job but the Dutch terms used for slip stitch, single crochet, etc. were still unfamiliar words.  Fortunately I found a website which showed those translations and I was in business!

The next step was to test my newly translated pattern instructions and with a few tweaks I believe it was successful.

My translated version of  Rachel Sogaard's original Paeonia pattern is below. I must add a disclaimer that it is purely my English interpretation of her original pattern and I have done my best to make it as accurate as possible given the language barrier.  Please use at your own discretion.
